Welcome to our exclusive and elegant bed and breakfast, nestled in the picturesque village of Butsel, Boutersem. We’re Marina, Lindsey, and Gill (and our two loyal dogs Hillary and Violet), the proud owners and operators of this beautiful property. It has always been our dream to open a B&B, and we’re passionate about providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 8:00PM, and check-out time is from 7:00AM until 11:00 AM.

If you need to check-in or check-out outside of these times, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?

Yes, breakfast is included as standard with all our rooms. We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we are committed to providing our guests with a delicious and satisfying breakfast to start their day off right.

Do you offer any amenities, such as a swimming pool or meeting room?

Yes, we offer several amenities to enhance your stay with us. We have a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax and cool off during warm days, and a garden where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Additionally, we have two meeting rooms available for hire. One is a small and cozy room that can accommodate up to four people. And the other one is a spacious one with a board room style table and a seating area, which can accommodate up to eight people. The meeting room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it an ideal space for small business meetings or group discussions.

We also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the B&B, so you can stay connected and catch up on work or communicate with family and friends.

My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Our standard check-in time is from 03:00PM onwards.

We understand that some guests may have early morning flights or other obligations that require them to arrive earlier than the standard check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an early check-in, we will always do our best to accommodate guests’ needs and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

If the guests wish to drop off their luggage before heading out to explore the nearby attractions, we are happy to offer a luggage drop-off service, allowing guests to drop off their bags before the official check-in time.

Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry. Our policy is that pets are not allowed in our B&B, even though we have dogs ourselves and love pets.

We understand that pets are an important part of many people’s lives and that it can be difficult to find accommodations that allow pets.

However, we have found that some guests may have allergies or other concerns that make it difficult for them to stay in a room that has had pets in it.

In addition, as much as we love pets ourselves, we have to consider the comfort and safety of all our guests. Some pets may not be comfortable in new surroundings and may become stressed or disruptive, which could impact the enjoyment of the stay for all guests.

We appreciate our guests’ understanding of our pet policy and we hope that they can appreciate our efforts to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all of our guests.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, we have on-site parking available for our guests. Our B&B has a private parking area where you can safely park your vehicle during your stay with us.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood where it is also safe to park on the street.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout our B&B. You can access our Wi-Fi network from your room or anywhere on our property, making it easy to stay connected and catch up on work or communicate with family and friends.

Our Wi-Fi network is secure, and we provide you with login credentials when you check in. If you have any issues with the Wi-Fi during your stay, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer any special deals for longer stays?

Yes, we offer special deals for guests who plan to stay with us for an extended period. These discounts are depending on the length of your stay.

Is there an electric vehicle charging station on site?

Yes, we have an electric vehicle charging station on site, so you can charge your electric car during your stay with us. A charge per kWh applies.
